Hello, I'm currently taking Pranayama Sessions online from Rajat Sir. The sessions are very helpful and practical. Rajat sir makes it a point to explain everything clearly including form and posture. The sessions have a variety of exercises (nothing boring or monotonous). I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to learn and understand more about the breath!

I started taking personal training from past couple of months. Rajat Sir have been wonderful, equally professional and friendly trainer. It feels like true, genuine yoga. My flexibility and strength has increased a lot since I joined .Looking forward for more flexibility and strength .Thank you for being true to yoga!

I would recommend very highly of Yoga sessions by Rajat. It changed my outlook about Yoga as not just an alternative exercise activity to build stamina and flexibility but a method to bring control and focus in the situations where mind used to get agitated. It helped me in staying calm internally which automatically brings heart rate down, exertion in check and slows down the unwanted reaction which often comes easy to us due to our habit. The sessions also helped me go deeper into philosophy of Hatha Yoga and Kundalini. I would recommend Rajat's classes to anyone who would like to start or further the practice they are currently following for mental and physical health.

Yoga is a very useful practice which is easy to do and helps in getting rid of certain serious health problems that are common in today's life style. So i searched for Yoga Class and joined Jyoti Teacher. She is conducting class since long back.she always start her class with Om mantras, prathnas followed by yoga every day.her yoga session mainly comprises of breathing exercises, meditation and yoga asanas that stretch and strengthen various muscle groups. Every wednesday her meditation class solve our daily problems and experience the inner peace. Jyoti Teacher Yoga Class Is a miracle. One of the main benefits of joining her class is that it helps manage stress. Once followed it will guide you the whole life. So 20-30 minutes of Yoga per day can change your life. Do join it . Our senses, which act as conduits for external stimuli, can often overwhelm us and impede the gathering and concentration of our thoughts, as seen in the subsequent stage of Yoga called Dharana.

Among the various methods used to withdraw the senses, one widely practiced approach is mindfulness directed towards the breath. By attentively observing the breath without attempting to control it, our connection to external senses and stimuli gradually diminishes.

The mind naturally tends to wander amidst the sensory inputs, but as these inputs recede, the mind can redirect its focus inward. This inward turning of the mind is a pivotal aspect of pratyahara.

Dhāraṇā, a significant stage in the practice of Yoga, can be understood as “holding steady,” “concentration,” or “single focus.” It follows the preceding limb of Pratyahara, which involves withdrawing the senses from external stimuli.

Dhāraṇā takes this process a step further, refining it to attain ekagrata or ekagra chitta, a state of single-pointed concentration and focus.

In the practice of Dhāraṇā, the practitioner enters a state of deep concentration meditation, wherein the chosen object of focus is held firmly in the mind, undisturbed by wandering thoughts or distractions. This unwavering consciousness towards the chosen object characterizes the essence of Dhāraṇā.

By gradually strengthening and opening the body layer by layer, you develop a solid foundation through precise technique and alignment, deepening the connection to the physical core through a heightened self-awareness and muscular engagement.
